June 2014 Box

This was my last month of BeautyBox5 . I paid 12$ + free shipping to Canada. The reason why I cancelled is because there is a lot of repeats, and brands that I have received already from other beauty subscription boxes, and I figured, I was wasting 12$ on stuff I have already tried, such as this Nicka K New York Nail Polish "NY139"- I received this in an Ipsy Bag in the same color already.....Its a nice color, but I have two of these nail polishes now, and its a turn off to me, seeing recycled products in subscription boxes.

Vita Bath Body Wash (60mL)

Wild Red Cherry scent, its smells so yummy, that my daughter just finished using the whole bottle in her bath, I didn't even get to try it :( but it smelt amazing and its free of propylene glycol , mineral oils and silicon. "Made In China" So I'm 99% sure it was tested on animals :(

Organix Coconut Water Shampoo & Conditioner

x2 Sample packets, was in this month's box, and although I don't like receiving sample packets in subscription boxes, this was nice, because I've never tried Organix products before, but I'm allergic to coconuts, so I will definatley have to swap this unfortunately, or give it to my fiance' to use.

Nicka K New York Nail Color

As I mentioned before, I have already received this EXACT nail polish from Ipsy last year, so not much more to say about this.

Glam Natural Mascara (Black)

Wooo whoo another mascara, honestly, how many mascara's do you have laying around? Me?? around 20 mascara's. Whenever I see a beauty subscription box's throw in mascara's in there boxes, it just shows me that they really didn't curate there boxes properly that month... I mean... Ughhh no more mascara's!! lol. Please.

This is just a regular black mascara, nothing special.

MORE SAMPLE PACKETS. Yay? Sure.

I saw these advertised on Luxe/loose button in one of there Limited Edition Boxes this year, I never ordered that one specifically due to this product being in it, but I guess it was just mean't to be since I just received it in BB5 box . Lol?

These 4 packets come with 

a soothing refiner+ cleanser, replenishing scrub, a comforting mask and a soothing cream.

I will test these out tonight and report back!

So overall this month was just like the last month, and therefore I cancelled. I mean 12$ for BB5 is not bad, but its not good either, you get what you pay for though ;)

 It took about 5 days to receive my BB5 to Canada, very quick shipping!

I know there was a lot of complaints about the free boxs offer, with BB5 saying they would get the eyeliner in it, but that was not the case, only those who sub for the full price received this months eyeliner. Anyways asides from that I LOVE my bb5 box, probably even more than Ipsy's May bag!

Go figure?!

I simply loveeee all face masks, so this was great when I saw it in my box. Packaging is adorable :)

Perfume Sample

The scent is laces with Meyer Lemons, Mandarin, Grapefruit Forsythia & Plumeria

The smell is simply divine!

I received another sample of Prince Harvey "yoga" roll on perfume from April's Petit Vour box and that was stunning as well.

H20+ Aqualibrium 
Marine Cleansing Gel

This products removes impurities from the face. Not something I'm interested in, as I have a bunch of other h20 products from IPSY bag just sitting in my drawers.

BAN Total Refresh 
Cooling Body cloths.

April 2014 Review

I received my beauty box 5 Today April 14th, it took about 1 week for it ship to Canada. Its 12$ a month with free shipping, which is a very good price, especially when shipping to Canada can run anywhere from 5-25$ dollars!! So any of you located in Canada who has not signed up for bb5, its a great deal and you should definitely check it out!

ALL PURPOSE CLEANSING WIPES “FRESH SCENT”

THESE WIPES ARE CERTIFIED ORGANIC. THERE IS 30 CT , CONTAIN PEPPERMINT OIL, PARABEN-FREE, HYPERLLERGENIC, PHP BALANCE, AND DOES NOT TEST ON ANIMALS!!!! WHICH IS GREAT! THESE HAVE A VERY FAINT SMELL OF PEPPERMINT, NOT VERY STRONG, I DO WISH THERE WAS MORE OF A SCENT TO THESE, BUT I DO LOVE ORGANIC PRODUCTS, THAT ARE NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS, SO THIS IS GREAT ITEM THAT I WILL ENJOY! NIKA K NEW YORK HYDRO LIPSTICK – COLOR “DARING”

THIS IS A FULL SIZE PRODUCT.

I HAVE NIKA K'S NAILPOLISH IN THIS EXACT SAME COLOR OF THIS LIPSTICK .ITS A NICE PINKY RED COLOR WITH A WARM UNDERTONE . MYLIPSTICK HAD SWEAT PORES ALL OVER IT WHEN I OPENED IT UP, WHICH WAS VERY UN ATTRACTIVE. THE COLOR IS SUB-PAR, NOT VERY PIGMENTED, AND IT SMELLS OF FAKE CHERRIES, CHEAP QUALITY.

THIS PALETTE IS EVERYWHERE, I ALREADY HAVE TWO OF THESE AND NOW I HAVE 3. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I GOT TWO FROM IPSY, AND NOW ONE FROM BB5. I KNOW THIS PALETTE WAS ALSO IN BEAUTY ARMY,SOOO TIRED OF THIS ITEM. THE QUALITY IS GARBAGE, AND ITS NOT PIGMENT, AND LASTS FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. THERE ARE 1 MATTE (PURPLE) 2 SHIMMERS (COPPER) & (GOLD)

BONNE BELL LIP DEFINER

"APPLE CIDER"

THIS IS A CUTE LIPLINER, IT GOES VERY WELL WITH YELLOW UNDERTONED SKIN. THE COLOR IS A PEACHY RED, WITH A BIT OF PINK. THE STAYING POWER IS VERY NICE, IT GLIDES ON EASY WITHOUT BEING DRY, AND FINISHES A MATTE.

OVERALL RATING 4/5 AND RETAILS FOR 3.95$

SO THAT'S 5 ITEMS IN MY BB5 BOX FOR APRIL WITH 3 FULL SIZED AND 2 SAMPLES. DO I THINK THIS BOX WAS WORTH 12$? NO. ITS NOT WORTH 12$ BUT I DID GET TO TRY A FEW THINGS THAT I HAVE NOT TRIED BEFORE.
