 Let's face it: some of us can be bitchy sometimes, especially during PMS. This spray was created with those times in mind and with some of the owner's favorite oils.

Be sure to breathe in aroma. Spray into air, walk into spray and inhale. Repeat for more scent and aromatherapy effect. For best aromatherapy results:-- Spray several times into cupped hands, place hands over nose and mouth----then inhale deeply for 30 seconds. Avoid getting product in eyes.

For longer lasting effect; spray a little on finger and wipe under nose. Apply to cotton ball, place under nose. Spray on upper chest and allow to evaporate.

Hello Sunshine is mainly Bergamot, but F&M added Rose and Lemon to boost its' ability to kick start your spirits.

Rose (Rosa damascena) provides a nice top note that smells just like the roses that your boyfriend bought you right after he was a total a-hole.

Lemon (Citrus limon) super boosts the citrus kick . Lemon consists of 68 percent dlimonene, a powerful antioxidant. Lemon essential oil is cold-pressed from the rinds of lemons

A great light, subtle spray. It's not overwhelming at all like synthetics. May be used as an after-shower body mist or as a deodorant spray under clothing. Works great as a car freshener, room freshener, or linen spray. Put some Sunshine in your bag and use to freshen up, kill germs around you, and in your hands throughout the day.
